Everybody knows this. You were ended. The person of your choice does not share your opinion anymore regarding the continuation of your relationship.

Roughly said there are two possibilities: Jumping from the bridge or looking around first. The second is better because there is a life after it and you realize that other mothers were not inactive. You’re already guessing that by “jumping off the bridge” we’re talking about cigarettes. But before we start annoying anyone we will let the cat out of the bag. The professional psychologists call it “reframing”. This means looking at the story from a new perspective. Sounds mundane but it’s effective. Where there’s a thought, there’s not room for a second one. (Which by the way the tour de France bikers clearly haven’t understood: When there’s a body in the entrance of a roundabout there is no room for a second one. The helicopter perspective shows this clearly ;-) In real life there is a big amount of evidence for the effectiveness of this principle. Example: Instead of being upset because of an opened window you can enjoy the fresh air.

Such free thinking is a thorn in the side of the bridge crossers. For them there is nothing better than when people, for as long as possible, concentrate on their world weariness and diligently consume you know what. It’s logical that we prefer the reframing variant. It has more of a future. Nobody is spared the lecture of who you should stay away from. Life goes on and often not badly. Rather you see the connection to smoking or not is up to your imagination.
